F.A.Q

Who makes all your rope products?
All products are made by me and generally aren't made until you order.
This means I can have products made to your specific needs.

How fast will products be delivered?

Products will be delivered as quickly as possible, if it is expected to take longer
than 1 week you will be notified. However please make sure your sizing requirements
and money is cleared as soon as possible as I can not begin work until this is done.

What payment methods do you have?
I accept pay-pal or Direct Bank Transfer.

How are Items posted and what does this cost?
Items are "regular" posted with a flat rate cost of $8.00.
If you require special postage requirements (registered/express/tracking numbers)

please contact me  to arrange this.
I can not guarantee responsibility for loss of damage of products once parcels in transit.

Do you post outside of Australia?
If you are outside of Australia please contact me to arrange postage costs before you buy.

Where do the materials used in your products come from?
All the products I make are 100% Australian made.
All materials used in my products come from 100% Australian owned and run business's.

What materials do you use?
There are a few varieties of rope I use.

6mm double braid yacht rope.
This rope is used by marines and the breaking strain alone is rated at 770kg.
This rope is used for pocket leads/rope halters etc.

12mm Double Braid Yacht Rope.

This rope has a breaking strain of 3400kg.
This rope is used for heavy duty dog leads/reins and horse leads.

Also 3mm 100% polyester cord.
The breaking strain on one strand of this cord is 200kg (stronger when it is braided).
Generally used for braiding and wrapping halter nosebands.

These ropes WILL NOT fade, rot or stretch like other substandard ropes.
ALL the hardware I use on all my products are quality stainless steel or Brass.

How do I look after my rope products?

All you will need to do to look after your rope gear is simply rinse them off or
soak them in some warm mild soapy water when they are soiled and
they will look as good as new again. All leather parts should be regularly oiled.
