Ordering
For your convenience, there are a range of pre-made stock ready to purchase on our Online Shop.
If you don't see an item on our website or require a larger quantity than that is listed on our site use our contact form below and contact us and ask us about a custom order. We understand that each horse and their owner are different and completely individual to your preferences and requirements and if we can we will make it for you!
Payment can be made using our online shop via credit/debit card or PayPal or if ordering directly a custom order we will send an invoice and you can also pay via direct deposit.
Full payment must be made before any item is sent or started for custom orders.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders ordered through our website are in stock and ready and will be shipped within 2-3 Business days through Australia Post once full payment for your order is received. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. If there are any delays with your order you will be contacted. Postage options will be in the checkout once you have added items to your cart.
Free local pickup is available for customers that live within the Muswellbrook Shire area and wish to collect their orders. We will contact you once your order is ready, to arrange a convenient time for collection.
"Made to Order" items will take longer and lead times will be dependent on the item. At a minimum please allow at least 1-2 weeks for your item to be prepared depending on the item and order size. We will keep you updated throughout the process of Custom Made to Order Items.

International Orders
Currently we do not have international shipping and orders as an option on our online purchases. Generally we do not ship items internationally however we can organise an international shipping and handling quote if required.
Returns and Refunds
Jesskah's Rope Tack seeks to maintain the highest quality standard in all workmanship and business practices.
If you have a problem with a produce or service please contact us via email: JesskahsRopeTack@gmail.com or use the contact form below and we will endeavour to solve any concerns or issues.
To Return a Product:
1. The product must be returned with proof of purchase either in the form of a receipt or tax invoice, or another acceptable means as deemed by Jesskah's Rope Tack
2. The product must be returned in the same as new condition with tags that it was received in. With no damage, marks or usage, otherwise refund or exchange may be refused.
3. You will pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will not be responsible for damage or loss to the item during shipping. Please keep tracking numbers for reference.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
5. Please contact us to discuss and organise the return of any items prior to posting any items otherwise refund may be refused.
6. Product returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days (or 14 days for change of mind) otherwise refund/exchange may be refused.
A refund item must fall under the following categories.
1. A product is faulty, damaged or defect in its function or workmanship upon receiving item, as deemed by Jesskah's Rope Tack. This does not include damage during use or misuse of product.
2. It does not match the description or purpose for which it was sold.
3. Change of Mind - Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if a customer changes their mind. After this time period has expired, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange due to change of mind.
4. In accordance to Australian Consumer Law, if there is another reasonable problem that is within your rights that is not listed here.
5. If a product has been ordered by the customer in the incorrect size- Excluding Custom Orders- You have 30 days to exchange a product for the correct size needed. Products must still fill the above terms.
6. Custom Made Items - Custom Made or made to Order items are non-returnable or refundable unless they are faulty, damaged or defect in their function or workmanship, as deemed by Jesskah's Rope Tack.

Due to variations in data display capabilities, it cannot be guaranteed that any colour will be fully accurate. As leather products are a natural product and rope runs may differ from manufacturer between runs and that items are handmade, variations between individual pieces can occur. These can include variations in dye distribution and colour, thickness of leather, blemishes, wrinkles, scars on hides, fine fluffing on ropes and general finish. Please be aware that the piece purchased may not necessarily be the exact one pictured. Every effort is made to ensure uniformity between each piece, however we cannot guarantee that variations won't occur due to the nature of the materials used. Products will be made to the same design or style of the item that is ordered, using the colours that you select during ordering.
